Everything people ask us before a Hamsa workshop. Can't find yours? Send us a WhatsApp.
Do I need any talent or experience?
Not at all. The pieces arrive cut and ready, and David guides every participant. Anything that doesn't come out right gets fixed on the spot.
What can be written in the heart of the hamsa?
A word, a short name or a date. In English, Hebrew or Spanish. Before engraving, we send you a WhatsApp preview of how it will look.
How long does it take?
About 90 minutes. For kids' birthdays we shorten it to about an hour.
How many people can join?
At our workshop, 4–8 people. At your place, 8–25.
From what age?
From age 7. With kids we use safe cold glue, no hot glue guns.
When do we need to send the words?
For a workshop at your place, up to 3 days before, so we can engrave them in advance. At our studio you can decide on the spot: the laser engraves right in front of you.
Do we take the hamsa home the same day?
Yes. It leaves wrapped and ready to hang.
What do we need to prepare at home?
A large table and seating. We bring everything else, tablecloths included, so there's no mess left behind.
Where do you travel to?
Anywhere in Tel Aviv-Yafo at no extra cost. The rest of Gush Dan with a small travel fee, depending on distance.
How do I book and pay?
Send us a WhatsApp with the date and number of people. Your spot is held with a 50% deposit via PayBox, and the rest is paid on the day.
What if we need to cancel?
Up to 7 days before: a full deposit refund or a new date, your choice. Less than 7 days: the deposit moves to another date.
What language is the workshop in?
English, Hebrew or Spanish. Mixing is fine too.
Can I give a workshop as a gift?
Yes. Send us a WhatsApp and we'll prepare a gift voucher in the name of your choice.
Do you run workshops for companies and teams?
Yes. A team value or the company name can be engraved in the heart of the hamsa, and we issue a receipt.
